Description
We use Sepia officinalis from the East Central Atlantic (FAO 34), since is the most tender and juicy and the one with the most intense flavor.
- We cook the raw squid in immersion, at boiling water temperature to achieve the right texture and flavor. Vacuum packed in a skin tray to preserve its characteristics.
- Ready to cook. Heat it on grill, on a barbecue, steamed, in the microwave or use it in cold preparations.
- Refrigerated product
