The Semidana is a cultivar present throughout Sardinia and with particular diffusion in the central area. Semidana is a monocultivar that expresses an extra virgin with light bitter tones, hints of golden apple, almond and a great spicy mark, which then remains to the taste with a pleasantly persistent note.
HOW TO ENJOY THE TASTE
It is a medium-intensity product whose notes allow a very varied use. In addition to raw use, the combination of potato or boiled vegetables are recommended.
