Production notes For this stout, we use a copious amount of oats which contributes to the creaminess and the softness texture to the palate. In this recipe, there are 7 different hops used, (Pale Ale, Crystal, Coffee, Chocolate, Black, Oat and Golden Naked Oat). The hops are not present in the aromatic profile of the stout but only in the bitter part (Magnus). IBU 2
Tasting notes The malts in the stout provides chocolate, coffee and liquorice tasting notes, and the oats provides a creamy and soft texture.
Visual notes The beige foam is fine, compact, and silky smooth. The appearance is dark with an intense black colour.
Scent notes Aromatic notes of chocolate, coffee and liquorice comes from the malts which underwent a roasting process..
Flavor notes A distinct caramel aroma with a soft texture. The roasted malts dominates the flavor of the Stout beer and there are hints of coffee and cocoa notes. The low alcohol content of this beer, contributes to it being light tasting which is unique. SERVING
