The content of one package is ideal for 4-5 people; store the unused content left in package in a cool and dry place. Preparing Polenta Valsugana Express white is very easy: place 1.5 litres of water over high heat and add salt to taste. As the water starts boiling, add the content of the package and mix well with a whisk.Keep stirring for a few minutes with a wooden spoon, making sure the mix keeps boiling.After 8 minutes Polenta Valsugana is ready.
