How to Use: Add it to a mixture of finely chopped onions, celery, capers sauteed in olive oil, anchovies, and hot pepper. All these flavors enhance the taste of the turnip and make it a traditional recipe with a strong flavor and persistent smell. The Apulian traditional home-made pasta, orecchiette is recommended with this seasoning. It is also excellent as a cooking sauce for meat.
