Special Mocha Ground Barley is naturally sugar-free and is ideal for obtaining excellent barley with mocha. One pack allows you to prepare about 150 cups (using a 3-cup mocha).
Pour ground baby barley into the mocha filter, fill it in half without applying pressure. In the pot, just fill the filter with a spoon for each cup. Or, as a herbal tea, add 2 tablespoons of baby barley to half a liter of water to the boiling water. Wait for the water to boil again. Remove from the heat, leave the barley powder to settle and strain through a strainer.
