Description

Crêpes a creamy mushroom and mozzarella filling, wrapped in a thin layer of breadcrumbs that enhances the goodness of the dough and the rich, creamy filling. 

 

Breaded crepes with mushroom filling and frozen mozzarella cheese

Mushroom filling 40% [rehydrated whey, prataioli mushrooms 37% (14.8% in the finished product) (Agaricus bisporus), wheat flour, mozzarella cheese 6.5% (2.6% in the finished product)(cow’s milk, salt, microbial rennet, ferments, acidity corrector: citric acid), wheat starch, margarine (fats (palm) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, acidity correctors: citric acid, sodium citrates; flavorings), porcini mushrooms 1.7% (0.7% in finished product) (Boletus spp.), extra virgin olive oil 1.6%, sunflower seed oil, iodized salt 1% (salt, potassium iodate), parsley, onion, garlic, black pepper,rice starch], wheat flour, rehydrated whey, water, eggs, sunflower seed oil, iodized salt 0.2% (salt, potassium iodate), salt, brewer’s yeast, paprika, turmeric, spice extracts (paprika and turmeric).

Place the still-frozen savouries in the middle part of a well-heated oven (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
For a shinier pastry, brush the product with beaten egg yolk before baking.
