Description
From an ancient recipe of Roman culinary tradition, Carciofini alla Brace OrtoCori small grilled artichokes. Freshly picked and immediately processed, the artichokes are grilled and packed in oil to preserve their excellent organoleptic qualities, and above all the intense flavour and fragrance that marks them.
The artichoke, native to this region, is considered a prince of the Mediterranean diet: rich in nutrients such as mineral salts and iron, it also contains “cynarin”, a substance that aids the entire body.

Baby artichokes 55%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
