How to prepare

Thaw (best): Leave in the fridge 8–12 hours in a bowl to catch any liquid.

Quick thaw: Keep sealed and submerge in cold water 20–30 minutes.

Cook: Rinse briefly. Steam or sauté over medium-high heat with oil/garlic/wine 3–5 minutes until shells open. Discard any that do not open.
