Fior di Sangiovese is an elegant grappa, created from fresh scraps of Sangiovese grape variety. This strong drink is a reinterpretation of the modern style of ancient Italian recipes that have been passed on for generations. Distillation of grappa is carried out after fermentation, which takes place in copper cubes. The intriguing taste of grappa contains notes of grapes and grapefruit, and a long aftertaste is the light nuances of vanilla.
