Our traditional cooked octopus cut into thin longitudinal slices. A unique product on the market, with a mild seafood flavor and a fine, pleasant texture.
- Starting from our traditional recipe for COOKED OCTOPUS, we select the tentacles and place them in special molds to later cut into thin slices of carpaccio. The slices are vacuum packed in skin format for better protection.
- Temper within the container 15-20 minutes before opening to facilitate the separation of the slices. Exquisite in recipes both hot and cold, preferably grilled or pan.
